Conversely, the first floor features a rich palette of colours in the shared spaces, hinting at the finca’s rich history, while the second floor is discreet and minimalistic and an ideal retreat from the rest of the house. Each space is a unique creation adorned with richly coloured authentic tiles and all enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Menorcan countryside with sunrise or sunset visible from every window.
There are a total of eleven en suite bedrooms distributed between the floors, with an extra dorm style bedroom that can accommodate up to six children, each with its own ensuite. There’s a games room with a projector, ceramics workshop, gym and a yoga studio with a wooden terrace for outdoor yoga sessions and a petanque and tennis court to keep everyone engaged. The outdoor kitchen area and BBQ area is the ideal spot to entertain, relax and enjoy the abundant organic products from the farm.
The lovely French gardens feature a pavilion and multiple terraces with lounge areas around the pool offering a magnificent sunset over the rolling Menorca hills.
