This mirrored glass cabin rental in Norway is tucked away in the quiet nature reserve of Nordre Øyeren, only 25 minutes drive from the center of Oslo. It’s located in a unique ecosystem where two of Norway’s longest rivers meet, home to more fish and bird species than almost anywhere else in the country.
The mirrored glass offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the surrounding nature, but there is no visibility inside from out. The unique design blends into the landscape so you can retreat in secluded comfort as you watch the world go by. A woodfired hot tub offers amazing views over the delta, and the cozy annex gives extra sleeping space for two.
The cabin was created by a nomadic couple from Belgium and Norway who fell in love with the view, the forest, the animals, and the seclusion within easy reach of the big city. “Where others saw a few worn down cabins, we saw the potential to build something magical!” they say.
“WonderINN was build on blood, sweat and tears – but also lots of passion, hope and love. Our goal was to build something worthy of the surrounding nature and of course, the view. We wanted to draw people into the nature and give them an incredible experience through simple but comfortable and stylish amenities and structures.”
