Built in 1903, this villa's elaborate and lovely architecture is reminiscent of the early 20th-century Italianate style and is a splendid example of the regional architecture seen throughout the Arcachon Ville d’Hiver.
Tucked away in a serene cove and located right on the beach where the pine forests meet the sand, it's a fully serviced five-star residence, with some very chic and modern accents. Completely remodeled and updated, the vast and staggered interiors are laid out over three floors and are unique in their spaciousness for the period. Elegant and luxurious, the villa features a strikingly eclectic and selective collection of stylish modern furnishings and decor, creating a refreshing and very unexpected blend of warmth and sophistication.
With a mix of eight double rooms and luxury suites, the villa can accommodate up to 15, along with the charming fully-equipped guest house. Each room retains the elegant original finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, wood accents and marble fireplaces and the unique "tower suite" features floor-to-ceiling windows, with breathtaking 360-degree sea and forest views. The gleaming gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to serve up to 14 guests in the bright and spacious dining room, with the option of retaining a private chef. The villa also includes an expansive and comfortable living room and a beautiful panelled library as well as a media room.
The spectacular park like grounds with centuries old pines offer unobstructed views of the sea, Cap Ferret and Arcachon and include a large pool fed by natural springs.

The beautiful and protected Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park is a few miles away and the chic but laid back town of Cap Ferret is within a short drive. Central Arcachon is a 40-minute drive and the famous oyster region of Andernos is just a few minutes away.
