Minimal in tone and style, the interiors are soothing and muted with elemental materials that are meticulously hand crafted and refined. All of the living areas feature interrelated spaces with oversized slide away doors that open out to differing perspectives and angles of the property.

The main living area with a clever slide away fireplace, dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts some of the best views of the property and overlooks the pool and gardens. Two of the three bedrooms are on this level with the master one level below. The open air layout is paired with specially selected and contemporary furnishings including pieces by Hans Wegner, Jasper Morrison, Stefan Diez and more that complement the creative vision of the architectural environment. 

The adjacent one bedroom studio can accommodate up to four and features identical design features, quality and detail and is perfect for vacationing with family and friends. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with native plants and incorporate the wild natural beauty of Topanga.

Set above the coast in the Santa Monica mountains, Topanga Canyon is a bucolic and peaceful mountain community that straddles the Pacific coast and the San Fernando valley. 

Featuring the largest state park within city limits in the US, there are miles of wilderness and land to explore. It’s just a short drive to Malibu or Santa Monica and a half hour from the greater Los Angeles area.

Notes 12% Occupancy Tax Please read the Guest Information waiting for you at the house and avoid: 1) Tracking DG through the house, please remove shoes when entering. 2) Tracking DG in to the pool and spa, please walk through the gravel. 3) Leaving small DG rocks on the surface of the hardwood floors - if you find DG material in the house, there is a Swiffer located in the laundry closet that can be used to sweep the material off the floor. 4) Bringing wet feet and clothing into the house from the pool. 5) Rubbing against the concrete or wood walls. 6) Scratching the stainless steel surfaces. 7) Getting oil of any kind on the interior concrete floors or exterior concrete. 8) Scratching or staining the wood floors and furniture, use coasters at all times. 9) Staining the upholstery and rugs. 10) Splashing water outside the tub when showering. 11) Smoking inside the house. A signed pool addendum is required for kids under 15. The first 5 gallons per day of propane use are free with each additional gallon charged at $3 per gallon
