A surprising and vibrant artistic endeavor and thorough re-imagination of what was once a humble garage, this sweet studio is now a distinctive and handcrafted rustic retreat.
Located in a quiet and private canyon neighborhood surrounded by thousands of acres of beautiful Santa Monica Mountains terrain, you're just minutes away from the beaches of Malibu and Santa Monica and a short drive into greater LA.
Embracing the idea of fun imaginative living, the interiors are animated and visually eclectic with a riot of cheerful colors and features. It's artistic expression gone wild with one of a kind vintage pieces and great architectural details along with modern comforts.
Laid out over one floor, the division of space provides privacy for the bedroom area that features a queen bed with adjacent en suite bath. The main living area includes a sofa bed that folds away creating bright indoor space that connects with the patio when the roll away door is up providing very private and spacious indoor/outdoor living. With a large fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare meals to enjoy at the breakfast bar or better yet, alfresco.
Lovely and peaceful, the landscaped courtyard with fountain is where you'll want to hang out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the canyon.
