Guest will receive a full refund if booking is cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay. If the guest cancels 7-14 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 7 days of the stay, no refund will be given. BoutiqueHomes Service Fee is non refundable.
Only In the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic (government orders the stoppage of vacation rentals or the authorities decide to restrict travel from the country of origin or to the country where the property is located), guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit, the guest will receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. If the guest cancels 1 -14 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 24 hours of the stay, no refund will be given.
|Notes||This house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, or pets. It is also not a party house for loud music. It is a quiet retreat. Maximum capacity is 5 guests. Any additional guests are at the discretion of the owners, on a case-by-case basis, and will be charged accordingly. Any damage done to the property will be assessed and must be paid for. There is no-smoking on the property. If you abuse these house rules, you may be subject to fines.|
By booking and renting, you agree to abide by the following rules: No parties, or events, unless by prior arrangement. Please be respectful to neighbors - sound carries in the desert. No loud noises, outdoor amplified music, fireworks, firearms or drones. Quiet time is 10pm - 8am. If any calls about a noise disturbance from our neighbors or the police are received, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Please respect the house as you would your own. All furnishings and items are very dear to the owners and it is asked that you leave furniture where it is. Do not bring indoor furniture outside, and outdoor furniture inside. No shoes indoors and keep screen doors closed at all times to avoid unexpected pests like rodents or scorpions. You should bring indoor footwear. No commercial photo or film shoots allowed without prior consent since these have different rates. This also applies to sponsored social media posts promoting a product or brand. If you’re confused as to what constitutes a commercial shoot, just ask. $2000 per violation plus $250/hr production fee. Any events/workshops require prior consent since these have different rates. Only the reserved guests at the time of booking can stay at the property, $2000 per violation plus $80/pp charge for every unauthorized guest on the property. The property is in an active FIRE HAZARD zone: Outside fires are prohibited at ALL times. Absolutely NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking is allowed outdoors at least 20 feet away from the house (please close all doors and windows while smoking). All cigarette butts must be put out and disposed of in the trash; do not litter on the property. $500 fine per violation for odors present indoors and litter found outside. Always shut off the fireplace when not in use. Keep the cowboy tub lid securely closed and buckled when not in use. The water attracts wildlife and they may fall in and drown. You must also acknowledge that you understand and stay at your own risk and that there are dangerous animals/active wildlife around the property - you may encounter rattlesnakes, black widow spiders, coyotes, bobcats, scorpions, etc. For your security and as required by owner's insurance company, there are security cameras monitoring the exterior entry doors to the house.
