This renovation of an unpretentious mid-century cottage retains its straightforward original structural integrity while elevating its personality with great contemporary ideas and design. From the bold use of shiny black and lime green paint to the great selection of unique decor and contemporary furnishings, this cottage has been reimagined without straying far from its roots. 

With one bedroom and full bath, it's a cozy and intimate space but full of creativity and cheerful design touches. Notably rustic and earthy elements are used in the outdoor space which has been designed to expand the overall living area and comes with great outdoor seating, a fireplace and beautiful native gardens.

All in all, it's a sweet and private little retreat.

A great central Venice location within several blocks of the shoreline. It is also centrally located near Lincoln Blvd and Rose Avenue, as well as nearby Main Street and Abbott Kinney St. where you'll find the best of the chic and popular spots for great dining, shopping, walking and nightlife. Although Los Angeles is a sprawling metro area, this is one of the best spots to access the city and nearby urban and rural recreational options.
