This straightforward post-war structure was re-imagined and lightly updated and really takes you back to basics. It's a terrific reboot and honors the original architectural ideas that developers and architects were interpreting at the time. 

Intentionally sparse and carefully laid out, the effect is soothing and slightly quirky. With a highly selective use of period decor and furnishings, there are some great pops of color along with classic silhouettes that tie it all together very simply.

The original wood floors and darker wood blocked walls lend warmth and style and create a muted canvas for the contemporary design and decor. With two bedrooms and one bath, there's room for four along with a full kitchen and dining area that provide ample space. 

Fresh, classic, and understated, less is more here and Venice Beachwood is a great representation of modern style.

A great central Venice location within walking distance of miles of shoreline and the bustling Ocean Front Walk as well as Abbot Kinney, one of the coolest strips of restaurants, shops and galleries. 

Nearby Main Street and Rose Ave. are also chic and popular strips of great dining, shopping, walking and nightlife. Although Los Angeles is a sprawling metro area, this is one of the best spots to access the city and nearby urban and rural recreational options.
