This beautiful contemporary home is bold yet pared down in style. Surrounded by oak and pine trees, olive groves and lavender fields, it offers a peaceful (and fragrant!) sanctuary for friends and families alike. Yet it's conveniently located for touring Provence, the French Riviera and Luberon.
This lovely newly-built villa in the Gard region of France captures the essence of the French Mediterranean lifestyle. Simply designed, with an open and airy feel, it is bold without being fussy and simple without being bland - the best of contemporary style. We love the clean lines and elegant furnishings, which combine modern design with a lovely natural feel.
The home has four bedrooms, the largest of which has a California king-sized bed, with en-suite bathroom and a large soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom.
Indoor opens out into surrounding nature, with two outdoor terraces, a large heated swimming pool and a pétanque court. The property is surrounded by abundant trees and flowers.
