Located at the southwestern leg near to the largest town of Como, this contemporary villa sits in a premium and strategic spot high on a hill just above the shores of the lake with lovely views of the glittering towns along the water.
Built in a classic style with contemporary design features, the house is comprised of three levels with a roomy but intimate layout ideal for families. The main level is comprised of an elegant fireside sitting room and a formal dining room with a fully-equipped chefs kitchen. The interiors are serene and sophisticated with pale hues and a graceful mix of traditional decor and furnishings with attention to detail and comfort.
The second floor includes three double en-suite bedrooms for up to eight guests, each with stunning views over the lake and the gardens. The fourth room, with a private terrace and beautiful garden views is on the main level while the ground level features a sauna and gym and the private garaged parking area.
The three levels are accessed by an elevator that goes from the garage to all the upper floors. The large terraces outside are the perfect spot for relaxing, dining al fresco and taking in the gorgeous panoramic views.
