We love the dedication to the purity and integrity of the olive crops and the spirit of the villa constructed to honor its environment and agrarian lifestyle. The completely uninhabited location with stunning views, private beach and total seclusion make this a rare treat.
Initially developed as an agricultural habitat, this villa designed around expansive olive groves is a private retreat that inhabits the entire southern tip of this Croatian island. Set in the archipelago along the Dalmation coast, the arid Mediterranean landscape and traditional stone construction compliment each other perfectly.
Bright and spacious, this modern home can accomodate up to fourteen guests and can be rented in its entirety or partially during pruning and picking season to accomodate the owners and up to eight guests. With five bedrooms and four baths, the home is ideal for groups or a family getaway and while secluded and rural, is fully equipped with modern luxuries and comforts. With two open plan living and dining areas the expansive floor plan is bright and airy with stunning unobstructed views out to sea.
With two fully equipped gourmet kitchens and outdoor BBQ, you can entertain large groups alfresco or indoors with seating for fourteen.
The outdoor living spaces are just as spacious with broad terraces and expansive grounds surrounding the infinity pool below, all with panoramic views.
Designed to meet high production harvests while remaining environmentally concious and self sufficient, the olive crops are of the highest quality here. You can come stay for harvest season learn how it's done and contribute a little labor for a reduced rate on the villa. You can even adopt a tree for your own year round supply of olive oil.
Olive Grove affords a special look into the mechanics of a working farm while offering a luxurious and private escape.

AROUND
Located on an unihabited island along the Dalmation coast, Olive Grove is a world unto itself. Many of the over 1200 neighboring islands are uninhabited as well and can be explored by boat, but you will pass through the Roman city of Zadar and the "White City" of Biograd na Moru to reach Zizanj Island. Kornati National Park is a breathtaking chain of of 89 islands of protected habitat just a short boat ride away.
