This simple luxury villa in Mani, on the southern tip of the Peloponnese, is a striking take on traditional local architecture. Designed by architect Nikitas Chatzimichalis to be enjoyed both inside and out, it consists of three stone structures, connected to each other with steel-glass elements. Windows are floor-to-ceiling, and space is separated by glass doors, bringing abundant light inside.

The first structure consists of two master bedrooms on two different levels. The second has a spacious living room and two junior bedrooms and a relaxation area above it, and the third holds the kitchen and dining area.

The villa has an elegant terrace area with a pool, and stands alone in the middle of an olive grove, offering absolute seclusion to its guests—as well as breathtaking panoramic views.

THE MANI PENINSULA

The villa is located in the Mani peninsula in the southern Peloponnese, between the Messianic Gulf and Taygetus mountain range, offering access to both sea and mountains. The region is rich in authentic 12th-century Byzantine churches and small mountain villages. The house is close to local taverns with local specialties, the nearest 3.5km away. Secluded beaches with crystal clear waters are within easy reach, the closest at Kalogria. The historical Kardamili site is 10km away and Stoupa Town 3km. The Agios Nikolaos Health Center is 8.5km from the house.
