The architect-designed, eight-bedroom home sits on a sprawling 13,000 square foot private property filled with a lush tropical garden. Designed to provide intimate indoor and outdoor space for each bedroom, as well as large common areas, the house is an ideal extra-large retreat for family and friends to share. The design allows the architecture to blend in with nature, with the jungle taking center stage.

The villa can accommodate up to 18 people in eight spacious and independent suites, each one unique and totally private. There are five bedrooms on the ground floor, four of which have a private pool and outdoor space. Upstairs, the three suites have a huge terrace each, overlooking the pool. And when it's time to socialize, guests can gather in the spacious common areas. The villa is equipped with a professional kitchen, a dining room with a large family table, a living room with projector for fun movie nights, an outdoor living room and daybeds by the main swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as a bonfire in the garden for stargazing and late-night talking.

EXPERIENCES

A dedicated team is at the disposal of guests full time, and has extensive experience creating unique and personalized travel experiences, taking care of all the logistics, including itinerary, transport, activities and services.

The kitchen is the heart of the house. The chef's team takes care to cook the freshest ingredients directly from local fishermen and nearby supplier farms. Guests can choose to add chef services throughout their stay or for a special occasion.

The concierge will take care of creating personalized itineraries, including private yoga classes at home, Mexican cooking and mezcal tasting classes, in-room massages, as well as restaurant visits and exclusive tours.

Staff includes a guest experience manager, on-site concierge, overnight security guard, daily groundskeeper, and housekeeping. Private chef and mixologist services, transportation, spa treatments, day trips and activities, event fees and services are extra. Tulum's ancient archaeological treasures and spectacular beach beauty have propelled Tulum to the forefront of the world tourism scene in recent years, but with over a million acres of protected biosphere to explore in the Sian Ka'an and the UNESCO Parque Nacional Tulum, there is room to explore. The beach strips are lively, but the town nestled in the jungle is much more low-key, with affordable and delicious restaurants and quieter streets away from the hustle and bustle.

The towns of Valladolid, Merida Bacalar, Playa del Carmen and Akumal, as well as the ancient Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Ek Balam, Coba, Muyil, Xel-Há, are all within easy reach for day trips. Cozumel and Isla Mujeres are off the nearby north coast. Cancun is the entry point to the region and is just over 90 minutes away by car.
