The living room is large with a fireplace, DVD and TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms, with Italian furniture, top-of-the-line mattresses and private, marble bathrooms with heated floors and towel rails. The artworks are part of the owner’s private collection of Argentine contemporary art.
The kitchen, which overlooks the lake, is fully equipped, and has a great Argentine grill that makes wonderful barbecues in. There is an industrial-style stove, large fridge freezer, mixer, blender, and imported cooking utensils, with enough cutlery, crockery and glassware to receive 12 people. The whole house has central heating.
A housekeeper comes every day from 9am to 1pm to make breakfast, clean the house and tidy beds. This service is included in the rental price. She is also available if guests need extra services such as airport reception, grocery shopping, laundry or additional cooking (price to be set wth housekeeper).
The road is all asphalt, skirting Lake Nahuel Huapi, making access easy. Throughout the Avenida Bustillo there are numerous supermarkets, restaurants, posadas, hotels, pharmacies, crafts, gas stations, and a police station. In winter, the largest ski center is the Cerro Catedral and other seasons of the year trout fishing, or hunting are highly sought after sports. The house is halfway between the city and the Hotel Llao-Llao.
The house is in the “Valle Escondido” gated community in the Avenida Bustillo (16km from the city of Bariloche).
