Tucked away on a hilltop in complete seclusion with spectacular panoramic views, this villa was designed by Greek architect G. Kavadas who was inspired by the island's lush greenery and natural elements.
Constructed using eco-friendly materials and integrating the natural features into the architectural design, it's a lovely mix. The interiors employ modern minimalism that seamlessly blend with the outdoor areas, with an original stone border forming a sculptural focal point. The property is stylishly decorated in and out with a mix of natural materials, soft colors and designer features, including Catellani & Smith and Ingo Maurer lighting and Murano glass.
The spacious multi-level design extends over three floors, with lofty wood-beamed interiors and floor-to-ceiling walls of glass on the main/mid level. This level includes one en-suite bedroom, the fireside living area, and an open-plan gourmet kitchen and dining area with spectacular views.
The en-suite master bedroom occupies the entire top level. The lower level has a desk area for remote working, and a playroom with home cinema, Playstation, DVD player and board games, with two single beds that are perfect for kids. It has recently been updated to include an additional private studio with a double bed, which is accessible from the main house, but also has its own private entrance, sitting area, shower room, refrigerator, and garden access.
The large wrap-around wooden deck at mid-level is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular views and the al-fresco dining area with a garden lounge, and a pool and Jacuzzi where you can relax, unwind and recharge.
