Standing in glorious isolation on the edge of its own picturesque bay and surrounded in an olive forest, this property offers up space and luxury in abundance. With five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a huge open-plan living room, there's more than enough room for a large group of friends to unwind. Its modern kitchen and abundant dining furniture also make it a great space for entertaining.

Of particular appeal are its dramatic two-story terrace shade and a half-size Olympic infinity pool which blends the veranda with the sea beyond it. The pool is 40% sea water and 60% sweet water - with no need to add any chemicals because the pool system produces a natural chlorine effect from the salt. Just by the pool is a Jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 10 people.

And as if that wasn't enough, the villa is just 30 meters away from the seafront by private pathway to the beach with a floating dock, which means you can anchor your yacht (should you have one) right in front of the property.

The huge living area is equipped with a satellite TV (70-inch screen), high-speed wifi, a security alarm and a BBQ. The CD player DVD/audio system has external speakers at the courtyard swimming pool.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, ice machine, juice machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Each room has its own temperature-controlled air conditioning through a central system, and a TV. The villa’s water supply comes from its own well. There are kayaks and Saps available for use.

AROUND

Lesbos is the third largest island in Greece and located in the northeastern Aegean. The villa is in Fteli on the southeast coast, 25 minutes drive from the capital of Mitilini. 

The island is forested and mountainous with two large peaks, Mount Lepetymnos and Mount Olympus dominating its northern and central sections. The island is of volcanic origin, as manifested in several hot springs and the two gulfs.
