The bright, vaulted ceilings and open-floor plan take advantage of the existing footprint while expanding the total living area into the gardens for a more spacious and balanced environment.
Luxurious and sleek, the home features Danish black oak floors, Italian glass tile and stainless steel but remains simple and chic. The understated contemporary furnishings and central fireplace create an inviting and sophisticated focal point with refined style.
With one bedroom and one bath and a state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen, the home is ideal for two and features a sunny private deck that extends from both the bedroom and living area.
