Only 10 minutes from the western entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, this is a place to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life in the California desert. It's also a five-minute drive from the town's shops, cafes, and galleries - bringing together the best of both worlds. The owners of this home rebuilt it from the ground up, creating a finca-style space with plaster kitchen worktops, bathrooms, and floors.
This two-bedroom, two-bath vacation home rental in Joshua Tree is a great escape for a couple, but definitely isn't a party house.

There are miles of outdoor desert adventure in the area as well as several unique attractions and interesting local museums and art venues such as the Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum, and the famed Integratron.
Palm Springs is less than an hour’s drive and further afield, the San Jacinto mountains rise above the desert floor and are lined with miles of hiking trails at a cooler elevation. Indian Canyon and Palm Canyon are also within driving distance for rural getaways in the Coachella Valley area. Los Angeles is a two-hour drive.
