Composed of simple clean lines in a breezy white and grey palette with glass and steel accents, the home's "island modern" aesthetic still remains sympathetic and harmonious to the local style and to nature.
Long Island is world-famous for its miles of white sandy beaches and coves, and this relaxed island getaway is a great jumping off point to swim in sea caves and rock pools, or explore shipwrecks and architectural ruins, and join in the fun at the local rum parties and fish fries on the beach.

The villa's clean, minimalist design reflects a mastery of the island's modern aesthetic with simple airy rooms that open out to nature and the spectacular ocean views.
The main, open-plan living space includes a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking panoramic views of the Atlantic side of the island.
Simple clapboard interiors are whitewashed in breezy island style with a vintage modern aesthetic that keeps things chill.
Featuring a total of four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the two master suites are on the top floor, with an additional master suite and a bunk room designed to be shared (four beds total) on the bottom floor.
This private retreat is the ideal base to get a taste for everything the island has to offer.
