Located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in central Brussels, this original 1920’s townhouse has all of the intrigue romance and unique beauty of the Art Deco era. Restored by partners and entrepreneurs Clarie and Karim, the hybrid boutique hotel concept is a unique fusion of hospitality and exhibition space where you can stay, eat and enjoy the occassional art, music or cultural exhibition.
The original layout and architectural integrity remain and the light handed restoration showcases the distinctive and sophisticated design sesnsibilities of the owners. Decorated with a fun collection of vintage modern furnishings and decor, the interiors are chic and inviting with all of the comforts of home. Created by Brussels based design studio Hopop, the furnishings and fixtures have been restored and customized from recycled pieces and transformed for modern living.
The main living area is a luminous room with high ceilings and a gallery with a grand piano overlooking the gardens. The shared eat in kitchen seats up to eighteen and is the convivial heart of the house where you’ll gather for breakfast and culinary events and is adjacent to the bar. A total of three suites that sleep up to six are arranged on the ground floor each with distinctive style and either garden or city views.
Constantly adapting to guests needs and ideas, the hotel hosts gastronomy workshops, private dinners and tastings, cultural projects, art exhibitions and music performances. Uniting the best of design, culture and style, this is the art of living.
