This Malibu oceanfront home is located just north of Leo Carrillo Beach on the stunning Pacific Coast Highway. Recently refurbished, it boasts large windows leading on to expansive decks, both of which give guests the perfect viewing platform for passing dolphins, seals and pelicans. There are also breathtaking sunsets over the Channel Islands, and the best way to spend evenings is stargazing or just listening to the waves crashing ashore.
The beach can be accessed through the house or by a separate stairway leading directly to the ocean. There's even a hot shower at beach level.
The house is simply furnished and decorated, with a cool color palette and clean lines. It has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with large twins. It also has a functional gourmet kitchen, a jacuzzi tub and river-rock shower, and several large flat-screen TVs.

The house is located right on the beachfront but also within minutes of some of LA's canyons, which are great for exploring by car or by foot. Malibu is home to premier dining, shopping, golfing, and biking, and many of LA's most famous attractions (including Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach) are within easy driving distance.
