The property takes lounging very seriously, with a generous outdoor living space, a hammock on the beach, and a master bedroom with its own deck access. But with 70ft of beach at its disposal, there are plenty of opportunities for activity too.

The house is located right on the beachfront but also within minutes of some of LA's canyons, which are great for exploring by car or by foot. Malibu is home to premier dining, shopping, golfing, and biking, and many of LA's most famous attractions (including Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach) are within easy driving distance.
