This villa is located on Magganari Bay in the south of the island of Ios, near three sandy beaches. It's a modern take on the beautiful Cycladic island style, with plenty of handcrafted detail and a stunning infinity pool. A lovely villa for rent in Greece for a family or group of friends.
This villa, close to the shores of Magganari Bay in the south of Ios, was recently built but has a lovely traditional feel. Its design is simple and bright, making the most of natural light and using blues and whites in true Cycladic style. It also has lots of handcrafted detail, using materials like Greek stone and carved marble, and little painted ceramic pieces.
One of the most notable features is the large outdoor lounging area, with its elegant infinity pool, barbecue, and pergola-shaded dining area. Perfect for lazy days, avoiding the crowds.
The property has three master bedrooms, two on the upper level and one lower room which has a separate entrance and access to the pergola. The upper rooms have a pergola-shaded patio and a balcony. There are four bathrooms, each with a unique carved marble sink and fun, nautical ceramic art pieces. The open-plan living room/kitchen area has a large sofa that can be used to sleep two children.
This is a great villa for rent in Greece for large families or groups of friends.

The house has a washing machine, a storage-utility room, three 32" TVs and a 40" Smart TV, heating and air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen with espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, laptop-friendly workspace, an open fireplace, hairdryer and iron. There is private on-site parking. Linen, toiletries and beach towels are provided. A baby cot and feeding chair are available.
AROUND
Ios is one of the Cycladic islands and is known for its beaches and nightlife. The charming main village of Chora is made up of whitewashed houses, carless cobbled streets - and quite a few tourists. This villa is well off the beaten track and located close to three beautiful beaches, offering a great retreat. The local beach has a sequence of five bays – golden sandy beaches and clear water. Movie buffs may recognize it as where the movie 'The Big Blue' was shot.
The owners recommend visits to the Skarkos Hill prehistoric site and Homer's Tomb. They can facilitate private boat rental to explore nearby hidden coves and secluded beaches that are only reachable by boat. They also recommend taking day trips to the islands of Santorini, Sikinos, Amorgos, Folegandros, Antiparos, Koufonisia, Milos and Mykonos. They can help arrange waterskiing, wakeboarding, knee-boarding and paddleboarding excursions, as well as in-villa massage.
