Newly built and designed by Naples-based architect Cherubin Gambardella, this luxury villa for rent in Italy sits above the town of Itri and is set within an ancient olive grove in the coastal Gaeta region. Nestled into the mountains among ancient stone walls, the property offers fantastic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Aurunci mountains and Vesuvio in the distance.
Inspired by the simple forms and classic style of Capri, the contemporary clean-line hideaway celebrates simple luxury living. The spacious open-plan ground-floor living area includes a fireplace and dining area and open kitchen, all focused around the panoramic views. The kitchen opens to the Limonaio, a lovely interior courtyard with an old ceratonia oak and citrus trees that offer fruit year round. There are three en-suite bedrooms on the same level and an upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet and a large roof terrace.
