Over 100 years old, this classic villa has been lightly restored to bring out the traditional character and structural features and infused with eclectic and contemporary touches. The former home of a large and prosperous agricultural family, the villa sits among olive groves and lush Mediterranean gardens on expansive private grounds overlooking the Adriatic and the village of Sveti Jakov below.
Arranged over three floors, there are three en-suite double bedrooms that sleep up to six guests, along with multiple living spaces that are bright and cheerful.
Stylish but not fussy, the simplified, back to basics style and contemporary design details include glossy concrete floors, whitewashed interiors and an interesting collection of mid-century and rustic pieces.
The large bright kitchen features a concrete center island and modern appliances and opens out the gardens for dining alfreso. A spacious exterior upper terrace is the perfect spot to lounge together and enjoy the views. Comfortable, contemporary and situated in an ideal setting to enjoy everything this island has to offer, this lovely country house has something for everyone.

AROUND
The villa's location is perfect for exploring this quiet region of Croatian islands with two lovely and pristine beaches just a short walk away and the village of Sveti Jakov just below. One of the smallest on the island, it's a great starting point to discover the area. The spectacular historic towns of Osor (5 minutes by car) and Lubenice (40 minutes by car) host classical music festivals in the summer, while cities of Mali Lošinj (“Island of Vitality” - 20 minutes by car) and Cres (“No Stress on Cres” – 45 minutes by car) offer an array of tourist attractions.
