Each villa has been created with its own unique design, with separate gardens, gyms, swimming pools, plus indoor and outdoor living areas.

The estate offers five-star services, with immersive experiences for up to 22 people, such as in-villa chefs, cooking classes, massage and sound healing, as well as truffle hunting and sailing in the heart of Le Marche. Included in the rates are a welcome basket and Prosecco, twice weekly towel changes, weekly bed linen change, all heating and power, Davines toiletries in each bathroom, plus complimentary still and sparkling water.
Optional white glove services include: concierge services, daily housekeeping, floral arrangement, and daily continental breakfast. Additional services that can be arranged include private chef and catering, kitchen and household staff, grocery stocking, airport transfers, laundry services, and childcare. The ancient town of Ascoli Piceno known for its beautiful Piazza del Popolo, and Sarnano, a picture postcard hilltop village are within an hour's drive as is town of Cingoli, known as the “balcony of Le Marche” for its panoramic views.
The Adriatic coast offers some of the best and largest beaches in Italy including Mt. Conero (Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana) along with Marche’s coastal capital of Ancona. During summertime, the surrounding area offers many festivals and local celebrations, including the town of Macerata where you can catch the summer open-air opera festival if your timing is right. The area is also home to the beautiful and protected Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi national park at the foothills of the Appennine mountains.
