Why are you rethinking hospitality?
We know we’re not alone in our passion for design and travel, or, in our desire to stay in visually stylish properties that are as heartwarming as they are different, with a genuine sense of place.
What’s the difference between a vacation home and a small hotel?
Vacation homes are privately-owned homes, while our small hotels are really personal, intimate hotels or mini estates where you might bump into other guests. Vacation homes are usually self-catering, while very small hotels might offer some sort of food service.
How do I book through BoutiqueHomes?
When you’re interested in booking one of our properties, reach out to the owner. To do this, hit the orange REQUEST TO BOOK button and fill in the relevant details. The owner will respond to your inquiry using our online conversation panel, and you will respond to them there. Click here for more information about that process.
Can I filter my search?
Yes, we know how important it is to find what you are looking for. Click SEARCH on the top right of our homepage and then choose ‘Refine your search’ to filter by your preferences. You can search by available dates by choosing check-in and check-out dates.
Do you have any special offers?

How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please send a message to the owner via our conversation panel or via the email address you received from them.
Who can I contact if something did not go as planned?
If something did not go as planned while using our website or with the booking, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

How can I update photos for my listed property?
If you would like to give your listing a fresh new look, please send your photos via WeTransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. We strongly encourage our owners to update the quality and resolution of their property images regularly.
What is BoutiqueHomes Marketplace?
Each time you stay with us, you’ll receive reward points. Collect them and redeem them in our chic nomad marketplace, a store that showcases products made by our partners and other creatives within our community. Click here to visit it.
How do I earn reward points?
Easy – stay with us! For each booking you make with BoutiqueHomes, you will receive reward points. The qualifying booking amount will be converted into US dollars, and you will receive two reward points for each dollar you spend. Click here to find out more.
Do you have a mailing list?
We do! Subscribing to our email newsletter is the best way to stay up to date with new additions to the collection and everything we’re doing. We also have a Journal full of articles about our properties and interviews with homeowners.
