How do I change my Password?
We know things change, so we've made it easy to update your account contact information, Password, and notifications.
Beginning at the owner dashboard, after you've logged in, click on the three bars on the top right-hand corner of the website beside your profile initials. This will pop open a drop-down menu where you will select Edit Profile.
From here, you can click on the empty fields to update your Profile information.
- You can update your Name, Email, Country of Bank Account, Phone Numbers, and Date of Birth.
- For help with verifying your phone number, please read this article.
Below that, you can update your Password.
- Your current Password should auto-generate with a hidden display. If not, re-enter it to be safe.
- Enter a New Password and re-enter to Confirm.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters long to meet security standards.
Email Notifications is at the bottom of your screen.
This will allow you to receive our newsletters and other tips or offers.
- Simply slide the white tab to Yes.
When you're all set, click Save, and you're done!
If you'd like to Close Your Account, click the blue link on the bottom right.
This will generate an email to our support team so we can assist.
