About the yoga studio… We have run yoga retreats at our ranch in the past with great result. We have worked with various instructors from the States who bring their own clients. We have been an integral part of these retreats. These days we keep to the US most of the year with two kids in grade school. Of course you can still have a great retreat; we have full time ranch managers who will help with any problems and can have home-made food delivered. It would have to be your show, but if there are any problems, we have very competent people to do the fix. The campo is gorgeous, the yoga studio is gorgeous. You will love it and we will help you with all the planning.

The home is surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck that extends from the north side of the living room. A detached garage houses bicycles, inflatable kayaks, and hiking gear, which is all available for guests during their stay.

Only 1.5 miles from downtown Santa Barbara, this 1956 Ranch House is a tranquil getaway updated with a whimsical mix of vintage design and modern touches. With 3 bedrooms and tons of outdoor space, the house is fully equipped for both short and long-term stays.

The common areas include a comfortable living room with gas-operated fireplace, dining area, home library, and lounge (with circa-1900 upright piano). However, as with any mid-century property, the best “room” in the house is the outdoors. Beyond the sliding glass doors is an expansive deck with gas grill, outdoor dining set, hot tub, padded hammock, and wicker lounge.

From the house, guests can easily hop on the open air shuttle to downtown Santa Barbara, drive down to the beach, hike up to Cathedral and La Cumbre Peaks (the owner can give you directions), or head to Santa Ynez Valley for wine-tasting. 

A Trullo is a type of stone residence unique to the Itria Valley in Italy. It was originally constructed to house agricultural workers and it’s distinguished by its conical roofs. It’s an authentic stone house which has been renovated in 2005 into a chic rental for up to 4 people.

The interior contains 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2-bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a great studio.

The surrounding land is covered with fragrant olive, walnut, and almond trees, as well as rosemary, lavander and other Mediterranean flora.
