Mallorca Villa is a 600 square meter house set in an almond grove on the southern part of the island with views of the sea and mountains. The villa was designed by John Pawson and Claudio Silvestrin, responsible for designing retail stores for Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani respectively. The geometric, minimalist design and use of natural materials both achieves harmony with the landscape and provides privacy for guests.

The four bedroom villa has an expansive inner courtyard, a 30-meter infinity pool, a sunken tennis court, and landscaped garden. Small, deep windows frame the views, while the pool extends towards the horizon and ends in a waterfall.  The home is very secluded and private.

Staff can be arranged to be on-hand for an extra cost. Mallorca Villa is located 45 minutes from the Palma de Mallorca airport.

The Big Red Barn is a soulful family home on a 100-hectare estate dating from the late 17th century. Nestled in the rural landscape houses a chic and practical property where comfort and modern fittings meet practical and tasteful living. Only 50 minutes north of Lisbon and 5 minutes from the gated city of Obidos, the Big Red Barn is set up to accommodate up to 10 guests in simple style.

Each corner of the home is filled with various objects and pieces collected by the owner, a travel reporter and photographer. The terrace overlooks a beautiful garden with a small infinity pool. A modern heated pool is located in the lower gardens.

The Big Red Barn has 5 bedrooms (3 with en-suite bathrooms.) There is still a 2 story independent annex with a double room with two single beds, full bathroom, living area and kitchnette.

Casal del Cervo is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the Tiber River Valley in the southern part of Umbria. Only 40 miles from Rome and close to the medieval village of Otricoli, the property is an ancient country estate that dates back to the beggining of the 19th century. It was fully restored into a luxury villa in 2007 while also keeping the original features and atmosphere.

The main house consists of 2 floors and a tower with a large terrace. The first floor has two large living rooms with old fireplaces and an outdoor terrace with panoramic valley views, three double suites (one with fireplace), two bathrooms, and a dressing room. An elegant marble staircase leads to the tower and its terrace. The second floor includes a large dining room with marble fireplace, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, bathroom, and studio/office space.

The main house and guest house are separated by a large courtyard with a bower outside the kitchen and a large porch outside the dining room. The guest house has two double suite bedrooms with two large bathrooms and a small living area. A staircase from the courtyard leads to the marble finished swimming pool as well as a gazebo.

Modern Classic House is located on a property with a small lake and there are numerous golf courses in the area as well as horse riding facilities. The Trebbia river is only 30 minutes away. There are also many castles to visit in the area. The property owner always leaves a list of local places to visit and maps of the area. 

Locally grown farm vegetables and local butchers ensure authentic, quality ingredients for those who enjoy cooking. Guests can prepare their meals in the fully stocked kitchen. However there are many small and authentic restaurants in the area as well.

Modern Classic House is within close proximity of several major Italian cities. Piacenza is only 20 minutes by car and 40 minutes via train, while all the excitement of Milan is only an hour’s drive.

Book a short or long-term stay in Maui at this enchanting 2-bedroom cottage on a 20 acre shade-grown coffee plantation. The plantation borders a forest preserve and is completely private. A stream runs through the property year-round attracting a variety of wildlife. The cottage is located over half a mile from main farmhouse and only a short drive to nearby Paia and the North Shore beaches.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms (Sunrise and Sunset) and one bathroom with claw foot tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and many exterior spaces such as the traditional lanai and outdoor dining areas.

Guests are given a personal tour of the farm and grounds which includes a short hike to see the ancient Hawaiian pictographs, an artesian spring and gives an overview where all the private trails, natural pools and picnic areas.

Reservations include full access to all the grounds and amenities on the farm. A stay at Upcountry Cottage offers many activities such as basket weaving, flower picking and fruit picking, among others, that can arranged. A bag of fresh roasted coffee is provided as well as a basket of fruit and fresh flowers from the farm.
