Furnished with an eclectic mix of modern design elements and timeless vintage pieces, this loft is a real gem hidden behind the simple facade and graffiti-covered entrance of a small walk-up building on Broadway. (On the 2nd floor, no elevator, 1 flight of stairs.) The loft is perfectly suited for families traveling with children or a group of friends. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, separate toilet with sink, an espresso machine, free high-speed WIFI, and iMac computer, a printer, an iPad, cable TV, iPhone speaker docks in every room, quality linens & towels, Bosch washer/dryer including detergents, a safe, a blow dryer and toys. For those traveling with little ones, a high chair, changing pad, play-pen crib are available as well.

The Union Square subway station is a stone’s throw away from where you can travel all over the city. With literally hundreds of restaurants within a 7-minute walking radius from your doorstep and the Union Square Farmers Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, fine food store Agata & Valentina all less than 5 minutes away, you’re in the heart of it all. The loft has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 8 at max. The large master bedroom has a queen bed. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a mezzanine on top of which sits a queen bed with underneath 2 twin beds. The queen-sized daybed, tucked away in an alcove of the L-shaped living area, can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

We are proud to offer our guests a very comfortable and cozy apartment composed by one main bedroom with Kingsize bed and finest satin cotton sheets and pillows bags. This room is like a mini suite within the main apartment as it has it own separate bathroom and changing room.  Another smaller bedroom with a bed which turns into two separate real single beds and another main bathroom with large shower. In case of families we can host kids not younger than 6 years old.

The home is perfumed by the stylish fragrances by EAU d’ITALIE Our bathrooms are all furnished with Devon&Devon accessories which make them very functional and beautiful at the same time. We offer a courtesy kit of the tuscan line Prima Spremitura. After a day of work or pleasure in Florence You can relax in our spacious living room where You can eat comfortably if you feel to cook, and sip a delicious bottle of Tuscan wine. It is located on the mezzanine second and half floor without lift of an historical florentine building, but with rather comfortable steps.

Guests arriving at our apartment will be greeted by us and we will carry the luggage up the steps for you. All windows bring lots of light during the day in each room and look on Via della Condotta and from all of them we can see Via Calzaiuoli just 20 meters on the right. Mita Residence is a contemporary concrete house built in 2009 by the owner/architect. Inspired by the design of Japanese shop-houses in Tokyo, the home is a beautiful expression of clean minimalism without starkness. Large windows, neutral colors, and natural light expand and enhance the interior spaces. Wood paneling is used to balance the natural coldness of concrete.

It is conveniently located in Meguro/Ebisu area close to subway stations with a variety of shops and restaurants. Walk within minutes to Ebisu Westin Hotel for limousine bus transportation to/from airports.
