Cozy apartment newly refurbished in contemporary style with terrace in the historic centre of the city. It has also a wide terrace overlooking the Cathedral . At the first floor of the apartment there is the living room and the kitchen, on the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each one, as the exit to the terrace and a bathroom with bath and shower. 

The apartment has all the equipment for a comfortable and pleasant stay.  It has air conditioning and heating, plus full kitchen and tableware, dishwasher, washing machine and also bed linning and towels. The apartment is located in an area was formerly a fishing village and retains all the charisma. The area is very quiet and thera are community gardens and a park with all kinds of entertainment for children . It Is located a few steps from the ‘La Lonja’ area and also beside the neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, both very animated in a matter of bars, restaurants and art galleries. It is also very near the Yacht Club as well as the Museum of contemporary art ‘Es Baluard’, which makes it ideal for people who participate in nautical events, artistic events or simply wish to enjoy a landmark district with an ideal location.

The flat area is surrounded by shops and also a local fresh market, nice restaurants and terraces at a walking distance. City bus to airport stops 1 minute away, and 15 minutes walking from train station and any major bus routes to get round the island.

Calming Villa looks like a butterfly that has landed on the steep slope near the west coast of La Palma. The overhanging butterfly roof protects from the intense sun, a slatted wall on the side shields against the typical local north winds. The building has two floors connected by an external staircase: the panoramic floor and the ground floor which is clad in natural stone. Depending on your requirements you can book just one floor or the entire house. However the house is rented exclusively only, so that you enjoy silence and privacy. You can use the 7000 square meters large property all by yourself: several terraces, the beautiful pool and many vantage points for spectacular sunsets.

Spanish rural living at it’s most beautiful.  Experience the life of a Spanish landholder with groves of almond, olive, fruit trees and magnificent seaviews while staying in this classic finca.  The extremely private Benissa Villa sits at the end of a long driveway with a fully automatic gate on 1.5 acres of land set between the mountains and green valleys of the Costa Blanca region.   

The villa is suitable for 8 people and includes a roofed terrace with fireplace, lounge sofa and large wooden table with a stunning view of the green valley stretching towards the sea. On the side of the villa there is a patio with picnic table that overlooks  the garden and pool area. A path through the garden leads to the pool which offers a seating area with bar and a pool shower. Between the pool and the garden is a safety gate for little children. At the back of the house is a swing for the little ones. And for the adventurous, a hidden tree hut with tireswing.

Additonally, on the side of the house is a separate apartment with  kitchenette, private bathroom, bedroom and privat eentrance which is suitable for up to 4 people for an additional charge.  The apartment is ideal for a family with  children or grandparents who wish to be on their own.  The apartment  has its own outside seating area and picnic table and can be booked for an additional fee enabling a group of 12 to comfortably stay together at the Benissa Villa.

The small village of Benissa is less than 10 minutes away by car.  The village is typically Spanish, with fiestas almost monthly throughout the year. Sights include a beautiful cathedral.  You’ll discover Benissa to be more native than tourist which is rare amongst coastal towns.  Benissa has several delightful beaches, but you will need to ask a local where to find them. Each Saturday morning there is a traditional market in the village. The market is bustling and vibrant with a lush fruit and vegetable section, and the best olives and grilled chicken in the area. Benissa is a taste of the real Spain with friendly people and beautiful surroundings.

Calpe with it’s blue flagged beaches, is just 15 minutes by car. Just a little further, there are many more beautiful and fun places to see and explore (i.e. Altea, Moraira, Javea, Denia) All worth a visit for their culture, traditions and beautiful settings.   

A beautiful colonial house of Edwardian architecture, and typically of that period is comfortably elegant and spacious. With it’s beautiful large gardens and swimming pool, the house and gardens are a preferred hire location for photo/film shoots. Attractive features include the magnificent, sweeping mahogany staircase that leads up from the panelled drawing room and an elegant dining room. The bedrooms are high-ceilinged and have period bathrooms. The house sleeps twelve with 3 large double bedrooms en suite, 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. There is also one adjacent apartment, which sleeps 4 people and which could be included with the main house for guests.

Overlooking the Straits of Gibraltar in full, Casitas Bonitas and its 3 delightful semi-detached cottages, which we like to call “casitas”, is set in the green hills of Tarifa, within Los Alcornocales Natural Park. Border line of two continents, Europe and Africa, these surroundings have a powerful attraction to all newcomers. The natural park we are in provides the property with an exclusive and secluded hideaway, ever since the 150 year old cortijo was rebuilt 30 years ago. Nothing will disturb your rest except, perhaps, some birdsong, a fox barking or the ships’ horns blowing as they sail along the Straits on their way to the open ocean.

The casitas are both breathtaking and utterly unique; an uninterrupted vista of the african coast where terracotta villages perched on the rugged Moroccan Rif mountains appear within touching distance. With northern Africa only 14 kms away, this is the place where one continent ends and another begins. The 3 casitas sleep two or a maximum of three people. They are each decorated in their own personal style inspired by the earthy washes of Andalucía and all have a private terrace where the stunning panoramic view of Moroccos wild coastline may be best enjoyed.

La Hoya’s closest town, Pelayo, is only 2 miles away; the winding lane will take you through forests of cork oak, wild olive trees, creeping clematis and wild roses all the way down to the cortijo. Indeed these magical surroundings make these casitas a real haven in which to recover from the pressure and stress of everyday life. Country walks, birdwatching, trekking, horse riding, windsurfing are easy to do in the area. If swimming and sunbathing are all you want from your holiday then look no further. La Hoyas infinity pool and many days of sunshine per year are all conducive to rest and relaxation. However there is plenty to do in the area; only seven miles away is the historic town of Tarifa with its Moorish castle, narrow streets, beach restaurants know as “chiringuitos” and terraced cafes.

Tarifa is world-renowned for its wind and excellent kite surfing conditions, not to mention its Ibiza-esque ambience. Day drips to the white villages, the cultural capitals of Cádiz and Sevilla and close by the roman archaeological ruins of Baelo Claudia are also easy excursion-options from the casitas. Tarifa and its spectacular long white beaches and high sand dunes where world known kitesurfers fly their kites in the wind, turning the sky into a multicoloured rainbow worth watching. And ….. if you feel like “travelling through time”, the ferry from Tarifa will take you in 35 minutes to the exotic town of Tangiers “where nothing is as it seems” …. an experience.

Mallorca Villa is a 600 square meter house set in an almond grove on the southern part of the island with views of the sea and mountains. The villa was designed by John Pawson and Claudio Silvestrin, responsible for designing retail stores for Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani respectively. The geometric, minimalist design and use of natural materials both achieves harmony with the landscape and provides privacy for guests.

The four bedroom villa has an expansive inner courtyard, a 30-meter infinity pool, a sunken tennis court, and landscaped garden. Small, deep windows frame the views, while the pool extends towards the horizon and ends in a waterfall.  The home is very secluded and private.

Calm and Serene Suite offers an inspiring mix of rustic vintage pieces and contemporary design. The 60m2 (645 sq ft), 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom suite, located on the 3rd floor, looks out on a typically Barcelonian inner courtyard.
