This beach house is located in the fisherman’s village of Prcanj, just 3 km from the medieval city of Kotor (now a UNESCO World Heritage Site) renowned for its lively cafes, markets and restaurants. Prcanj also has stores, cafes and restaurants that open early and close late at night all within walking distance of the house.
Investigate by car or boat the Montenegrin coast-line with its sandy beaches, rocky coves and numerous islands. Or just enjoy a swim in the bay from your doorstep and bask in unparalleled views in peace from the garden while sunbathing, barbequing or lounging under one of our fig trees.
The closest airport is TIvat, a 15 min drive from the house. Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports are under 2 hours drive with excellent flight connections.
