We could not agreement more with above review. THE villa is beautiful inside and out, with modern furnishings throughout. Very comfortable, with airco, a fully equiped kitchen, very comfortable beds, loungechairs, dini g areas etc. THE vieuws from THE entire home towards THE ocean are astonishing and THE neighborhoud is friendly, save, quiet and beautiful. Everything is in perfect condition and all you need is provided. We have stayed in many boutique hotels and homes but this is defenitely one of our favourites, and we would return any moment. It’s about 40 minutes from THE Nice airport, 20 minutes walking distance from THE nearest beach with it’s outstanding restaurants, and about à 3 minute drive down THE Hill to THE closest shop for your daily needs. In all, highly recommendable, we are leaving tomorrow with lots of regrets but high hopes to return soon!

Spent a wonderful May week in 2010 here. We came to see the Monte Carlo F1 and found it very hard to leave the villa. The owners even organized a party with a few of the neighbors and a good time was had by all. The villa is in a gated community and we felt very secure the whole time. The vibe here is very, very cool and Le Trayas is quite the international community. The house itself is very contemporary with up to the minute kitchen, baths and furnishings. It’s on a hillside (what isn’t in South France!) and despite neighbors, one feels very private without feeling isolated. The view, as you can see in the photos, is outstanding. If you’ve traveled quite a bit, you won’t be disappointed staying here.
