An old school beach house beautifully restored into a designer retreat with incredible ocean views from almost every room, Luxury Beach House is the perfect getaway in Copacabana, one of the most undiscovered, unpopulated areas on Australia’s central coast (with one of the best beaches, as well.)

The 5-bedroom home is arranged over two levels and features two living areas, several dining areas (several located outdoors), a full-sized kitchen, many private decks, and a large outdoor lawn. It is equally equipped for families with small children as it is for adults.

The main upstairs lounge room has full length doors on either side of the room that open up to let in summer breezes and ocean views. There is also a floor-to-ceiling bookcase stocked full of good reads and vintage LPs. The downstairs living area runs the full length of the house and also has glass doors that open up to the ocean. An exterior area houses an al fresco dining set overlooking the ocean.

Luxury Beach House has two master bedrooms, one which has a private en-suite bathroom and another which adjoins the bunk room, making it the perfect choice for parents who want to sleep close to their children. Both master bedrooms have queen sized beds with luxury linens and full length glass doors. Two washrooms with shower splash rooms are located on both floors of the house. For the ultimate in relaxation, soak in the downstairs washroom’s large marble tub. This room has bi-fold doors that open up to a private outdoor courtyard with copper hot water shower.

For those who enjoy cooking, a full size chef’s kitchen is equipped with industrial size oven and fridge, as well as all basic cooking utensils and a full pantry stocked with staples. The kitchen leads in to an open plan dining area with seating for 6. The upstairs deck also has a dining set that overlooks the ocean. Various oversized loungers are available for post-meal relaxation. There is also a smaller, more intimate outdoor dining area off the downstairs living room, also with an ocean view.
