Villa by the Sea is a luxury villa for 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a tropical garden of 2700sqm on a volcanic sand beach on the North side of Bali, close to Seririt and Lovina. The 2012 villa includes all of the necessary equipment for dream vacations. The pool dimension is 18m x 6m. The garden comes with a relaxation bale and several pounds. the private beach is only 30m away from the villa.   Equipment include a 46′ LCD TV, DVD player, access to worldwide TV channels through motorized satellit antenna, iPod dock with iPod, iPad, illimted wifi internet, digital video library with large number of English and French movies, wine cellar (against payment), games, children toys and pool toys…   Staff includes full time and personal cook, housekeeper, gardener, security guard and villa manager. Optionnaly you can have a driver with car.

Umah Villa is a luxurious modern rental built on the Kedewatan Ridge, overlooking the Ayung River valley near to Ubud, the spiritual center of Bali. The design of the house is based on the clean lines of origami and the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces is achieved with perfect symmetry for a true tropical experience.

The villa has 3-bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and 2-kitchens equipped with a large oven and fridge. Breakfast is included with the rates and a chef can be hired to prepare meals and tropical drinks for an additional cost (menu is available). An ionized swimming pool overlooks the carefully tended rice fields of Bali and in-house spa and massage services are at your disposal. There is a traditional Bale garden and lotus pond for meditation.

Umah Villa has a full-time staff and a house manager to assist you in planning a perfect Balinese holiday. In-house activities (Balinese dance class, yoga, cooking seminars, presentations) and private tours can be arranged. Nearby Ubud is an international hotspot for yoga practitioners and teachers, but it’s also packed full of cultural events, such as daily music and dance presentations, Balinese Hindu ceremonies, and a large array of shops and restaurants.
