  Lovely Zen-style modernist little house set in a private bamboo grove on a quiet street just off Lincoln Blvd/PCH. Ample parking. All the facilities are there: great bedroom and bathroom with full bath and large living room with big kitchen area and a sun patio outside with a neat little water feature. Venice Place was a great base for us from which to explore Venice Beach and Santa Monica as well as the delights of LA’s West Side, all within easy reach. Can’t wait to go back!

  “Aesthetically and comfortably wonderful”
  We stayed a week in October and it was wonderful in every way — beautifully designed and furnished and well-located. From the moment you enter the gate, you feel transported to a relaxing private world — quiet, calming, and lovely. Fabian is a wonderful host — gives you your privacy but responds speedily to any request. You are one block from a Whole Foods so it’s great to eat in and not far from the main restaurant area of Venice. We walked tons — to the beach, to restaurants — and this is supposed to be a car city! Easy to get everywhere. Fabian recommended several restaurants that we enjoyed thoroughly. Easy off-street parking (rare in L.A.), safe residential street, nice neighbors. Couldn’t be happier and the price for what you get is truly remarkable. Venice is a real neighborhood and this is the place to stay. Oh — checklist: listing accurate, photos accurate, place spit-and-polish clean, well-maintained, owner helpful…you get the idea.
