“Perfection in the hills…”
My family spent a week here in mid-April, and having always stayed in hotels in LA previously, we were excited about having our own little “home” during this stay…and we could not have been happier. The photos of this property are great, but even so, they don’t do this house justice. Everything about it was perfect…it’s in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the hills, yet within a 5 – 10 minute drive you’re in the middle of all the action in LA. We loved the mid-century modern decor, and the outdoor patio space was simply beautiful, with flowering bushes…even a lemon tree and a grapefruit tree (don’t see much of that back home in NY). The owners provided just about everything one might need, and dealing with Julia (the property manager) could not have been easier (thanks Julia!). Perhaps the best thing I can say is that at the end of our week, we simply did not want to leave. And we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to LA.

Living in this house for a week was an amazing experience. This is THE way to experience LA, and staying in this little gem will be my choice, from now on, over any five star hotel. The House and decor are spot on, and everything is clean, fresh, and well maintained. The logistics of taking possession, interaction with the property manager, all effortless. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again.

My two kids (ages 12 and 8), boyfriend, and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this immaculate home. We loved the beautiful amenities, the natural light, the option for patio dining (we spotted a deer on our first night there), the convenience of being so centrally located, and the tranquility of the setting. What a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation! It was very clean (the bamboo flooring was very cool) and we made good use of the kitchen and the laundry machines. Also, we loved having two bathrooms. All four of us give this property our very highest recommendation!

“Shhh…”
Well I’ll be honest, I didn’t want to write this review, but the owner asked me to and I figured I’d be a nice guy. I was hesitant because I want this home (yes home, its not just a house) to be available every time I go to LA. Its beautiful and meticulous. If you love being surrounded by vintage furniture, quietly in hills but minutes from Hollywood or Studio City, this is the place to be. New appliances all around…I was the first to cook on the new Weber grill. Oh, and the property manager is super professional and a breeze to work with. It will become my second home in LA, that’s for sure.
