We are located in the heart of Big Sur, on the ocean side of Highway 1 on the hillside just above the River Inn Village neighboring Andrew Molera State Park.
The quiet and sunny room is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker including complementary coffee and dishes.
The full bath comes with towels, shampoo and soap.
We purposefully do not offer cable TV, but have a new flat screen TV and a nice selection of US and foreign films waiting for you in the studio.
You have your own private entry and outside area with lounging chairs, an outdoor fireplace and a beautiful distant ocean view right where the sun goes down.
If you feel like having a BBQ, a gas grill is part of our guest studio’s amenities as well.
We also offer our guests the possibility of booking an in-room massage with Julian and/or Lynn Tolentino of Namaste Therapy in Big Sur
It would take you a short walk/ drive down our private road to get to the River Inn Restaurant and Hotel with public pool as well as the village shops.
The closest beaches are Pfeiffer Beach and the beach in Andrew Molera State Park.
The drive to Carmel and Pebble Beach is approximately 30 minutes.

Hello there,
This studio looks lovely, and I am interested in renting it. I have a couple of questions for you. First, do you rent this property during the off season? I am looking to rent a cabin or studio during January to April (2012) for at least a month, maybe longer. This brings me to my next question: Do you rent the property monthly? If so, what is the rate?

Hi,
I am interested in staying at the property # 28662. Is it available checking in on Oct. 7th and checking out on the 10th? Your rate info says 160-220/night. What would be the actual rate per night during the stay indicated the above? Also, we have one 60lb dog. Please let me know.
