This one acre villa is situated on the breathtaking eighth hole of the new nine at the La Romana Country Club, with a view of the ocean from the newly constructed Gazebo. The villa is centrally located between the Marina, the Dye Four Golf course and the La Romana Country Club. Â The hotel and horse-back riding ranch are a five minute ride from the villa. The villa was designed by the world famous Venezuelan architect Francisco Feaugas. The landscaping and gardens are incredible. Guests receive a card granting full access to all Casa de Campo activities and facilities. Three world class golf courses are no more than 5 minutes from the villa. Tennis, horseback riding, ocean beach, shooting, boating and polo are all close by. The Marina, with trendy boutiques, great restaurants and cafes and a brand new movie theater is within walking distance.
The luxurious villa contains 5 huge bedrooms, each with in-suite bathrooms. There are 2 huge master suites, with sitting and office areas. The master baths are large with a spa design and a private garden for message therapy. The 3 guest bedrooms each have 2 double beds and desk areas. The enormous living room contains 2 large sitting areas as well as an open dining room  with two dining areas. The Library/Game Room has a 50 inch plasma television, a comfortable sitting/lounge area and a game table and chairs. All rooms in the villa have individually controlled air conditioning. The house contains a first class water filtration plant. All major rooms have beautiful mahogany doors. The kitchen is state of the art, with Viking appliances and granite counters and tables. There is a separate maids suite, with a maids room and full bath as well as 2 washers and dryers. The powder room is located in the front entry gallery. The house has a central audio system in the public rooms.
The large backyard property sits next to the golf course. There is a huge brand new pool and jacuzzi. The pool is serviced daily.
The house has a full time staff which includes the chef and housekeeper. Additional staff is available at the renter’s expense. The staff work’s from 8:30AM until 3:30PM. They are available to work evenings at the renter’s expense. Arrangements can be made for rental cars, boats,drivers and babysitters.
