Clean, sleek surfaces and warm wood accents throughout reinforce the nautical feel creating a crisp modern aesthetic. With walls of glass that overlook the strait and immerse you into the forest, you will feel as if you're floating above the sea. Each of the three master suites is a private indulgence that includes spa style en-suite bathrooms, fireplaces, and private balconies with amazing views. The large gourmet kitchen is the focal point for entertaining and can serve up to 10 inside or out while the large private wine cellar is a standout design point. 

With expansive decks, a large exterior lounge and dining pavilion and fire pit and BBQ, the exterior spaces are ideal for outdoor gatherings where you'll have amazing unobstructed views. There's a private beach and a seasonal dock for launching a cruise of your own.

This vacation home for rent in Canada has wifi throughout, smart wired iPad and touch panel system, satellite smart TV/DVD and Apple TV, iPod docking audio. Bathrobes, slippers and personal care products are provided. There are laundry facilities, and spa and massage services are available. 

The Pointhouse is one of three units on the property and, if available, the other guesthouses can be booked for an additional fee (the total capacity of the three homes is 12 guests). If you're only renting the main house, privacy isn't an issue as the waterfront areas, decks and Zen teahouse surrounding the Pointhouse are reserved for its guests only. However, there is private beach access that could be used by other guests on the estate, as well as a neighboring vacation home.

AROUND

Located at the halfway point along the Sunshine Coast and adjacent to Sargeant Bay, in the community of Halfmoon Bay, this vacation home for rent in Canada is surrounded by wilderness but within an hour's ferry ride to Vancouver. Rural and provincial, there are several towns along the Lower Sunshine Coast Highway to explore, with nearby Sechelt the largest of the commercial hubs, with Madeira Park and Penders Harbor to the north, and Gibsons and Roberts Creek to the south.
