Chalets at Silver City, Three Rivers, California

The Silver City Resort is a small historical retreat of cabins and chalets nestled in the majestic mountains of the Seqoia National Park. Originally used as a summer settlement by the Wakchumni community of the Yakut Tribe, this area attracted several other tribes from across the Sierra Nevada Mountains for hunting and trade each summer. European American settlers started to arrive in 1856 and the area experienced a short-lived silver boom in 1873. Join the few Central California residents who make the annual trek to visit this historic region each summer and experience the magnificence of the massive Sequioa trees and the peaks and valleys of these stately mountains.
